(Bassike t-shirt, Eska Alikai skirt, Zara sandals)

Update: Turned 18, received my high school final exam results, worsened my permanent sock tan.

Despite the inevitable distraction of my perennially pale feet, I would like to draw your attention to the buttery white leather that I was gifted on my birthday by my best friends. It is beyond soft and I am basically never taking it off. All white everything has been my uniform for the sweltering December heat, which I hope will continue and translate into many beach days and hopefully not many sun burns. Excited for Christmas and New Years and the first real stress-free break in much too long.

nice and slow

 (Dress here, Converse shoes)

Above: windowsill hangs after a rewarding day wandering Surry Hills, with coffee, croissants and lemon curd tarts at Bourke St Bakery. The soft afternoon light was so beautiful and the weather in general that day was pretty darn picturesque, so I couldn't resist the cheesy "gazing out the window wistfully" photo op, wearing the comfiest get up - perfect for market-rifling and pastry-guzzling Saturday goodness.

bleach white

(Country Road blazer, Bassike tank, Maurie & Eve jeans, Tony Bianco heels)

Current favourite and most well-ventilated denim in my wardrobe, with the white blazer that is fast becoming a summer staple. The shoes were a very lucky find at the Bianco outlet in Melbourne and fill a nude heel shaped gap in my footwear repertoire. In other news, we have entered my favourite month of the year: sunshine, holidays, birthday and Christmas. I can already hear my bank account weeping.
